Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Disrupt material sensing with us! In this challenging position you take responsibility to grow and scale Senorics in Europe, Northern America and Asia!

Your Tasks

  • Grow Senorics’ business – new customers, revenue and profit 
  • Identify and gain new business opportunities within Senorics’ target markets and applications and move them quickly to volume production
  • Manage sales and support channel partners, their quotas and needs
  • Leverage the Field Application Engineering department to address and solve technical issues with customers
  • Align with Product Marketing on Senorics’ Go-To-Market strategy
  • Take an active role in the annual planning process of quotas in regards to design win and revenue targets as well as support needs
  • Proactively seek customer feedback and facilitate a direct dialogue between customers and Senorics’ product organization
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration – MBA preferred
  • 5 years B2B sales experience, and at least 2 years B2B sales manager
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Experience in selling sensors or sensor systems in IOT environments
  • Domain expertise in material sensing and/or spectroscopy would be a plus
  • Experience creating and implementing a sales plan
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress and analyzing sales data
  • Presentation skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Experience with mentoring and coaching sales representatives
  • Strong communication skills, good German and excellent Business English
  • International mindset
  • Drivers license
  • Ability to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia for customer and partner visits on a regular basis
