As a Business Development Manager at Senorics, you will take responsibility for developing our business and identifying markets for our forward-thinking technology.

Your Objectives and Tasks
Assess the market of Material Sensing and evaluate our new use cases and applications:
- Identify and prioritize market requirements, translate them into value propositions together with other stakeholders
- Engange with customers and partners during discovery meetings and provide support in realizing proof of concepts
- Market research: Understand the competitive landscape and related technologies
- Collect product feedback and new feature requests to determine new applications
- Develop and communicate the application vision by successful and solution-oriented management of internal stakeholders’ input
- Work closely with the Product Management, Sales and R&D team to develop long-term strategies
- Product demonstrations, training and consulting
Your Profile
- Proven track record as a business development manager or product manager, with direct customer contact
- Knowledge of and experience with market research
- MBA or MSc in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics or related fields
- Understanding of deep tech environments, preferably with background in spectroscopy
- Good listener, able to identify customers’ needs and requirements
- Solution-oriented and customer-focused
- Strong diplomatic and communication skills – fluent in spoken and written English, German would be a plus
- Proficiency with MS-Office
- Highly reliable and organized, ability to work independently, team player
- Driving license
- Ability to travel on a regular basis to visit customers and partners
